HOW DOES IT WORK?

After a thorough assessment of you (which includes things like how much experience you have, how much time you have to train, food loves and hates, and some other fun stuff)

I design your training and nutrition program based entirely on your history, goals, and current lifestyle.

All of your workouts will be scheduled for you on a custom platform that works with your smartphone. If you’re not sure of how to perform an exercise, there will be text directions along with videos.
You will receive daily workout reminders, and I’ll be personally checking in with you at least once a week.
Working on a monthly basis, I’ll be monitoring your progress – to keep you motivated and on track, and to tweak your plan to speed up results.
If you ever have a question about ANYTHING or just need someone to talk you out of eating that whole tub of ice-cream – I offer constant e-mail support (I have a priority inbox for online clients).

This means that anytime you have a question that needs to be answered, you can expect a thorough and personalized response. Some clients e-mail me twice per day, and others twice per month.
