I wasn’t always into fitness…
Growing up, I was plagued by depression and self esteem issues.
It wasn’t until college that I decided to take action to change this.
I set out to absorb every bit of fitness knowledge I could get my hands on.
It turned out most of the information out there was misleading.
I continued self-experimenting and made every training mistake known to man.
The process was frustrating. I stayed committed and continued learning. I made progress.
Within two years, I had I had gained 50 pounds of muscle.
I never spent more than 4 hours per week in the gym, never counted calories or followed confusing diet formulas, and enjoyed a rich social life.
Between learning as much as I could and getting my first training certifications, my life had transformed radically.
Fitness taught me about goal setting, commitment, discipline, and how success in the gym correlated to success in my social, business, and sex life.
Before I knew it:
Daily interactions and relationships became more enjoyable.
Feelings of self worth, confidence, and positivity improved tremendously.
Mental clarity to define what I wanted out of life was sharper than ever.
And the best part? I had the confidence to believe that I would be able to achieve my crazy dreams (this site is one of them).
These days, I’m passionate about sharing all that I’ve learned (and am constantly learning), and helping people reap the life-changing benefits of fitness.
Looking back, I wish I had someone to guide me through everything.
