Some clients “get it” and progress on their own after two months, some stay for six+.

Fitness is my life’s work. I’m here for the long run. And I know that for every live I successfully change, I’ll have an ambassador, a fitness friend that will happily tell all of their friends, family, and co-workers about me.

My name is Alon Shabo and I’m working hard to change the reputation of the personal training industry, and fitness in general.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Coach, and Entrepreneur. You might have seen me in some popular fitness outlets such as Bodybuilding.com, Muscle and Fitness Magazine, or one of the many other websites I regularly contribute my advice to.

I’ve helped people from all walks of life achieve their goals.

Your success is my success, and that’s something I take very personally.

THE PROCESS

After the consultation call, we’ll schedule a fitness assessment at one of my gyms. This assessment is meant to establish a starting point for working together. We’ll test your body-fat, perform some movement screenings, determine your strength levels, and some other fun stuff.

From there, we’ll begin working towards your goal.

My programs are not easy.

They require dedication and commitment.

They will make you stronger.

You will build lean, sexy muscle. You will lose body fat.

You will feel exhilarated, not exhausted.

You will learn how to maintain these results, forever.

You can’t commit 45 minutes to the gym at least 3x/week Either with me, or with my guidance through my online support.

You wan’t to “feel the burn” every workout. Any trainer with a clipboard and some hormones can make a workout “kick your butt”. This is never a good metric of an effective workout. My programming is intelligent, and designed to efficiently take you to your goal. If you want to “feel the burn” and “get your ass kicked” every workout, I recommend trying CrossFit.

You’re not willing to make lifestyle changes. Look, we’ll probably have 3 hours together a week, max. This is no grounds for real, lasting change. It’s why I offer 24/7 nutritional support, accountability, and motivation to all of my clients. I will be checking in and expecting timely responses, and vice versa. If you’re not willing to take advantage of my support and make the necessary changes* to achieve and maintain your goals, I don’t want to work with you.

*This doesn’t mean you’ll be eating dry chicken and asparagus all day. The opposite of that, actually. My clients are highly energetic and well fed with their favorite foods as they shed pounds.
