For me, working out consistently has always been a challenge - for many reasons. First of all, I always felt kind of lost in the gym, wandering from one exercise to another without much direction. Then there's the excuses factor..too busy too tired, too full, too hungry etc etc etc.

With limited time due to my family and business constraints as well as a poor track record for using the gym I turned to Alon and his training methods to help build realistic goals and a tailored routine that I could complete from home. Alon was extremely personable, giving me support and the added push when I seemed to be slipping. As a former athlete, I thought I knew what I was doing. My workouts consisted of seemingly endless hours of running, countless crunches, a deathly fear of weight-training, and a diet comprised of foods I hated (which I inevitably cheated on on a regular basis). What’s sadder than the torture I put myself through was the fact that after all of that, I wasn’t getting any results. Initially, I was skeptical about working with Alon because his workouts seemed too short, his diet plans consisted of too many meals, and weights were involved, but I was ready to try something new. After only a couple of weeks of working with Alon, I saw immediate results! Workouts were fun and intense and the meals kept my feeling full and strong throughout the day. Alon opened my eyes to strength training and how effective it is for burning fat and toning certain body parts. I trained three times a week, and after four weeks, I was down 8.5 pounds. I love how challenging the exercises are, and the looks I get from the girls who just use the treadmill. My hesitation wasn’t and still isn’t in the knowledge and expertise that he has, but rather in the fact that it was a digital program and the fact that I would have to motivate myself to get to the gym.
