1.Graphite
It is used for people with tough, cracked skin that has sticky discharge or runny blood.
2. Mezereum
It is used when there are thick and crusty patches under the crust on the skin, specifies the expert.
3. Arsenic iodatum
Sometimes the skin becomes covered with inflamed patches. There are also scales on it. There is also unbearable itching in the patches and the falling scales leave raw skin. This is when arsenic iodatum can help.
4. Sulfur
It helps with severe itching and burning in psoriatic skin lesions. It itches so much that you keep scratching your skin until it bleeds.

5. Oil
When deep cracks bleed and there is burning, intolerable itching, painful and hard cracks, crawling sensation on the affected skin, you can use kerosene.
Psoriasis is also linked to stress, so you can practice yoga to reduce stress levels, as stress can make your skin problems worse. Also, do not scratch the affected area and keep your fingernails short.
Homeopathic medicines have shown good results in psoriasis, says the expert. The time it takes for the treatment to work depends on the severity of the symptoms and the duration of the disease.
